I did it. Charlotte went with Nana P and Maggie went with Nana G and hubby and i had a lovely night out. (With a bit of forethought though we should have found a babysitter for the dogs too, then the night would have been really good). We had a lovely meal out and then went to the movies. I was mostly pretty good. I had a couple of moments during the movie of separation anxiety, but they passed. I will own up to texting Mum after the movie though, just to check all was okay.
Movie was great. Dreamgirls (who knew Eddie Murphy could sing!). There was one or two moments where there was too much singing (yes i know it was a musical), but there was just a few occasions where the song shouldv'e finished five minutes ago. Still they were very good singers and i had a few goosebump moments.
